About the job:
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based roles
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Comfortable working across time zones to align with U.S.-based schedule
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles across various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective job descriptions
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Communicate hiring updates and pipeline progress to stakeholders regularly
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns
- Stay informed of U.S. hiring trends and labor market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and timelines
- Support onboarding coordination when needed
