This is a role for our client, U.S.-based firm providing strategic advisory and talent recruitment services to mission-driven organizations, primarily in education and nonprofits. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as a Recruiting Sourcer.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to support our executive recruiting practice focused on the education and nonprofit sectors. This is a remote, full-time role designed for someone who is organized, coachable, and passionate about mission-driven work.

You will play a key part in identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates for executive-level roles across the U.S., working closely with our internal team to support the end-to-end recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate research based on role requirements and client needs
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
• Screen profiles and assess basic fit against ideal candidate criteria
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and candidate status
• Support the recruiting team by compiling shortlists and helping coordinate interviews
• Continuously improve sourcing strategy in partnership with recruiters and leadership.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with the education or nonprofit sectors is highly preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with ATS systems, Workable is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the team long-term.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST (flexible)
