About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing to join Highland’s team. This role supports two lines of business (Highland and Inovus) and blends strategy with hands-on execution. It’s ideal for a proactive generalist who enjoys content creation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement
  
  

• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align messaging
  
  

• Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, emails, and case studies
  
  

• Manage content calendars and maintain brand voice
  
  

• Create or support visual content like decks, graphics, and PDFs
  
  

• Help manage and update the website (CMS) and support SEO initiatives
  
  

• Track marketing metrics, prepare reports, and optimize performance
  
  

• Support events and coordinate marketing with partners and associations
  
  

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a consulting or professional services firm
  
  

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  
  

• Foundational design skills (visual layout, color, typography)
  
  

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms
  
  

• Comfortable in a collaborative, feedback-driven team
  
  

• Interest in customer experience or digital strategy is a plus
  
  

• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience with SEO, email marketing, and CMS platforms
  
  

• Exposure to human-centered design principles
  
  

• Familiarity with agency environments
