Overview

A successful nail salon in the United Kingdom, known for exceptional beauty services and positive client experiences, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. This role supports the growing client base and helps manage the salon's daily operations.

Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Manage all incoming client phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor
  
  

• Respond to client emails and messages promptly and politely
  
  

• Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve issues effectively
  
  

Booking Management

• Manage appointment scheduling using Acuity Scheduling
  
  

• Confirm bookings, send reminders, and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests
  
  

Social Media Management

• Oversee the salon's presence on Instagram and TikTok
  
  

• Write engaging captions for posts (minimal content creation required)
  
  

• Monitor channels for client interactions and messages
  
  

Administrative Support

• Maintain and organize the email inbox
  
  

• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed (e.g., writing blog content, processing client refunds)
  
  

• Use Google Workspace and WhatsApp for daily operations and communication
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  
  

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
  
  

• Excellent communication skills
  
  

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  
  

• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication
  
  

• Familiarity with booking tools, especially Acuity Scheduling (highly desirable)
  
  

• Strong social media management skills (Instagram and TikTok)
  
  

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  
  

• Independent, proactive, and reliable work style
  
  

• Calm, professional attitude when handling a busy workload
  
  

Working Hours & Location

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM UK Time

• Type: 100% remote Full-Time job as a contractor
