About Our Client
Our client is a growing company focused on real estate investments, helping to shape better communities and offering stability and growth to their employees. They are looking to hire a Real Estate Underwriter to join their team and contribute to their expansion.

About the Role
As a Real Estate Underwriter, you will be responsible for analyzing rent rolls, financial statements, and performing in-depth financial analysis of properties to determine the viability of investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze rent rolls and financial statements to evaluate the viability of investment properties.
  
  
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations on investment decisions.
  
  
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and ensure data accuracy.
  
  
• Assist with additional tasks like data imports and financial reporting as needed.
  
  

Skills

• Strong financial knowledge is a must.
  
  
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and financial analysis.
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, formulas, and scripting (very important).
  
  
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication and reporting.
  
  

Desired Skills

• B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  
  
• Experience with residential real estate is a plus but not required.
