Our client is a leading US-based company and one of the largest custom screen printing and embroidery companies in the country. Their mission is rooted in delivering exceptional branded merchandise through innovative design and quality customer service. With a strong company culture and growth-focused mindset, they are building a scalable sales support team to strengthen internal operations.

About the role

As a Sales Support you will directly support the sales team by managing key administrative functions, overseeing order processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is critical in helping sales reps focus on revenue-generating tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You’ll also serve as a mentor to junior team members and act as a key problem solver in high-priority scenarios. 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Serve as a primary support to assigned sales representatives, especially during their absence
• Manage order entry, project logistics, and complex paperwork processes
• Monitor and respond to customer needs via email or phone on behalf of the sales team
• Actively resolve internal and external issues with a customer-first mindset
• Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards, activities, and opportunities
• Oversee the customer experience and order management for select “house” accounts
• Mentor and assist Sales Support I & II team members
• Submit documentation to Accounting for credit/return processin
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Sales Management to support sales growth

Skills

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in customer service or admin support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and general tech-savviness.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong organizational skills, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to manage complaints, solve problems under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience in apparel, e-commerce, or design; bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Working Hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST.
