About the role

As a  Customer Service Representative you  will interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, friendly customer service via phone, email, chat, and text
• Answer incoming calls and accurately document customer needs using Microsoft Office tools and ServiceTitan
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal team members using Outlook, Teams, ServiceTitan Chat/Text, etc.
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or follow up on appointments
• Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Educate and support fellow team members on brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with internal projects and participate in focus groups as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and background in Customer Service. 
• Honest, dependable, and empathetic with strong customer service skills
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy under high workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, OneNote, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Preferred: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or pest control customer service
• Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools

Working Hours

• From Thursday to Monday from 2:00PM TO 10:00PM EST.
