They work to improve energy conservation and comfort in homes, ensuring safer and more efficient living environments through various solutions such as insulation, energy-efficient appliances, and home weatherization techniques.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a GO Formz/Company Cam Reviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing footage, images, and reports related to weatherization measures in residential properties. Your keen eye for detail and strong technical skills will ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control across all submitted reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze footage, images, and reports from GO Formz and Company Cam to verify weatherization measures in homes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing information and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
- Verify that all jobs are completed satisfactorily, ensuring that no weatherization measures are missing.
- Ensure that completed measures meet company policy—e.g., insulation thickness meets required specifications, caulking/mastic is applied correctly (not "sloppy"), and all necessary materials are installed as trained.
- Confirm that managers and customers have signed off on GO Formz before finalizing.
- Utilize strong technical skills to navigate reporting software, access provided applications/forms, and accurately document findings.
- Collaborate with field teams and project managers to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of reviewed reports and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Stay up to date on weatherization standards and best practices to ensure high-quality evaluations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail—ability to spot discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Technical proficiency—ability to access and navigate reporting/documentation software such as GO Formz and Company Cam.
- Ability to work independently and manage a 40-hour workweek efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and reporting findings.
- Experience in weatherization, construction, or quality control is a plus but not required.
