This is a fully remote role to work for one of our US-based clients, a fast-growing holistic wellness brand offering high-quality supplements and wellness products that support immunity, gut health, sleep, and joint care. The company operates internationally with hubs in the US and Germany and prides itself on transparency, quality, and customer trust.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a global operations team, including logistics, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
- Oversee U.S. manufacturing operations, including purchase orders, timelines, and supplier communication.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage documentation for contract manufacturing and lab testing.
- Collaborate with the EU Operations Manager to align global manufacturing and logistics efforts.
- Manage relationships with U.S.-based 3PL providers for both DTC and marketplace fulfillment.
- Monitor shipments and optimize logistics performance, costs, and service levels.
- Act as the main liaison between operations, customer support, and regulatory/compliance teams.
- Align operational activities with broader business goals and cross-functional priorities.
- Deliver clear reporting on production timelines, fulfillment metrics, and vendor performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or CPG.
- Experience managing global teams and complex operational workflows.
- Familiarity with U.S. contract manufacturers and 3PL providers.
- Strong collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 9 am - 6 pm EST.
