This is a fully remote role to work for one of our clients, a market-leading provider of exterior residential services in the United States. The company has grown rapidly across 20+ states, offering services such as gutter cleaning, pest control, lawn care, and more.

Process incoming invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct coding, approval, and entry into the accounting system.
Reconcile invoice discrepancies and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor details, ensuring audit readiness.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
Update vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
Conduct research to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
1–2 years of experience in accounts payable.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software.
Familiarity with Airbase or similar AP software is a plus.
Experience processing a high volume of invoices is highly regarded.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month. Final offer may vary based on candidate’s experience, skill set, and interview performance.
