About the Role
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that promote new services, locations, and strategic initiatives for Cambridge Biotherapies. This role requires someone who is not only experienced in hands-on campaign execution but also capable of contributing to strategic growth while leveraging the latest tools, including AI. This position offers an opportunity to build and lead a marketing team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaigns for new services, locations, and strategic initiatives.
- CRM Ownership: Manage patient and provider-facing campaigns using GoHighLevel or similar CRM.
- Paid Media: Run and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team and external website agency to align marketing efforts with growth strategies.
- A/B Testing: Optimize messaging, creative, and channel strategies through structured A/B tests.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with company branding and patient experience.
- Lead Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive new leads for both patients and providers.
- Team Leadership: As the company grows, build and lead a team of marketing professionals to scale efforts.
Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with a focus on U.S.-based brick-and-mortar businesses (mandatory).
Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or behavioral health marketing is a plus.
- CRM Expertise: Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
- Paid Media: Proficiency in running and optimizing paid ads (Meta, Google Ads).
- AI Usage: Ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for campaign execution and strategy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Creative Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and creativity for growth-driven campaigns.

- Remote Work: Fully remote position with a US-based company. This role is open exclusively to candidates in Latin America, working as contractors.
- Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 per month.
- PTO: 15 days of Paid Time Off annually. (Available after 90 days of employment)

- Equipment: Candidates will need to provide their own equipment.
Schedule: Flexible working hours, with the expectation of overlapping with U.S. Eastern time zone (7 AM - 6 PM EST).
