Overview
We are looking for remote Sales Development Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate loves to prospect, excels in a high velocity landscape, is highly strategic, and a quick learner. Preferably they have a history of exceeding quotas as an SDR in the nonprofit space. You will be responsible for creating relationships and being the first point of contact with prospective customers. If you’re a go-getter who is tech savvy and has a passion for social impact, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact to effectively communicate the Funraise value proposition through both verbal and written communication.
Building a healthy pipeline by prospecting key leads and accounts.
Qualifying inbound lead track to book qualified appointments for Account Executives to ensure new account acquisition.
Helping facilitate sign-ups of our self-service product.
Hunting, researching, and enriching of organizations that make ideal customers for Funraise
Doing cold outreach prospecting to book qualified appointments for Account Executives through phone calls, emails, social media messaging, video messaging, etc.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling (70–100 calls/day) and mass email outreach
Will work with pre-built lead lists (from web, marketing, or database) but must research and qualify leads based on ICP
Responsible for identifying key decision-makers, adding them to sequences, and driving top-of-funnel opportunities for AEs
Tasks include account-based prospecting, lead enrichment in Salesforce, and outreach using tools like Outreach and LeadIQ
Experience with SaaS and familiarity with the nonprofit sector are strong pluses
Must be highly coachable, tech-savvy, and comfortable using sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LeadIQ
Background in startups and small businesses.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm CST
