About the role

As an Executive Assistant to the Head of Strategy and Operations, you'll provide critical support to a key member of our leadership team, enabling them to focus on high-priority initiatives that drive business growth. You'll be a key partner in managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless operations.   

Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Strategy and Operations, handling a range of tasks related to the administration and processing of day-to-day operations
• Manage and maintain organized systems for contracts, agreements, and other important documents
• Develop and implement efficient processes for managing workflow, including email management, task delegation, and follow-up reminders
• Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and Operations to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Provide support for special projects, including data tracking, research, and analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with tools like HubSpot, Asana, or Attio.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; experience in fast-paced startups or real estate/proptech is a plus.

Working Hours

• From Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST.
