Customer Support Representative
Overview
Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is looking for a proactive and bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Support Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer journey—from initial inquiries to ongoing project support. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from potential and existing customers.
- Schedule sales appointments for leads interested in fence installation services.
- Provide support to customers throughout their project, offering updates and clear guidance on timelines and next steps.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage daily scheduling changes, ensuring customers are informed about delays or rescheduling.
- Document all communications and project details accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales and installation crews to streamline operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.); familiarity with Excel is a plus.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in schedules and customer needs.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a bonus, but not required.
