About the position

We are looking for a bilingual (French and English) Vendor Support Specialist to procure, onboard, and oversee facility maintenance providers, ensuring seamless execution of client projects on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing facility maintenance providers to support the company's operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners. The candidate must also be comfortable making cold calls to potential vendors.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Coordinate facility maintenance providers selection processes 
• Assist and liaison with Client in overall facilities maintenance projects 
• Research/vet out any new contractors 
•  Continuous communication with all facility maintenance providers while also developing and managing professional relationships with facility maintenance providers 
•  Invoice process - Assisting in managing communication with facility maintenance providers as it relates to billing process 
• Contacting facility maintenance providers using a myriad of resources
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes 
• Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance providers outreach and outcomes 
• Provide payment to facility maintenance providers once their project has been completed to the clients satisfaction 

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management, with a focus on cold calling.
• English and French proficiency.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and the home services industry is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask while meeting deadlines 
• Ability to work with G Suite, Slack; Zendesk is a plus 
• Proficient in typing and/or response to clients
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Demonstrates strong writing and note taking skills across multiple software platforms 
• Demonstrates strong communication skills with internal and external team members 

Schedule: 8am to 5pm  CT - Monday to Friday.

Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000
