About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of our day-to-day NetSuite operations. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, resolve system issues, and implement improvements to ensure optimal platform performance and support business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain all NetSuite integrations; rerun automated processes as needed.
• Manage the JIRA board for NetSuite-related tickets (create, track, resolve).
  Perform regular data tasks including CSV imports, data cleanup, and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments such as supply chain, marketing, and retail to gather NetSuite requirements and provide support.
• Document processes and provide internal training to team members on NetSuite features and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams (e.g. supply chain, marketing, retail)
  High English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, independent work style in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like Celigo, Shopify, and SPS Commerce (EDI)
• Background in manufacturing industries such as CPG, health & beauty, or food & beverage
• Familiarity with D2C and retail channel operations

Compensation: $2,000 - $3,500 monthly based on experience.
