About the client:
Our client is a private equity (PE) firm based in New York, specializing in venture capital and technology investments. With a strategic focus on acquiring and scaling B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) companies across various vertical sectors.
About the role:
As a BDR for B2B SaaS companies, you'll play a key role in driving growth for one of our client’s high-potential portfolio companies. This is a fully remote, outbound-first role for a bold self-starter who thrives in high-stakes environments, knows how to command attention, and is obsessed with results. If you're hungry to build something big, crush targets, and grow your career fast — this is your launchpad.
Key responsibilities:
Launch creative, high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn using Reply.io
Book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers in our target accounts
Adapt outreach messaging fast — test, learn, and optimize like a marketer
Track your activity and pipeline rigorously in our CRM
Work closely with your sales lead, reviewing wins and misses to sharpen your approach
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have:
2–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment - this is not for a first-time BDR (bonus if you’ve crushed quotas)
Clear, confident, and compelling in English — especially on the phone
Comfortable navigating CRMs and outbound tech stacks
Competitive, goal-obsessed, and constantly finding ways to win
Based in LATAM
Nice to have:
Experience in Health care industries or ERPs is strongly preferred
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple U.S. time zones)
