About the client:
Our client is a private equity (PE) firm based in New York, specializing in venture capital and technology investments. With a strategic focus on acquiring and scaling B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) companies across various vertical sectors.
About the role:
As a Senior BDR, you’ll be responsible for driving outbound prospecting and generating pipeline for our client’s SaaS portfolio companies. This is a fully remote, outbound-first role where you'll lead by example, handling cold outreach and hitting quotas, while also mentoring and coaching a team of high-performing BDRs.
You’ll play a key role in building a world-class outbound engine and, as the team grows, have the opportunity to take on full leadership.
Key responsibilities:
Lead by example with high-volume, high-quality outbound — calls, emails, LinkedIn, all powered by Reply.io
Own your KPIs and consistently exceed meeting booking and show rate targets
Coach BDRs with live feedback, call reviews, and personalized guidance
Help refine and evolve the outbound playbook — messaging, cadences, objection handling, and qualification
Report performance metrics weekly, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re testing next.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have:
5+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
Confident, clear communicator in English — especially on the phone
Experience coaching or mentoring reps (officially or unofficially) and a desire to lead
Organized, data-driven, and laser-focused on results
Hungry to take the reins and grow into a full BDR Manager role
Nice to have:
Experience in the healthcare industry, ERPs, or selling ATS/HR services is highly preferred
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple U.S. time zones)
