We’re seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers in the Weatherization Assistance Program. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours or flexible schedules to meet program needs.
Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers enrolled in our multi-service program, responding to inquiries professionally and clearly.
Scheduling Coordination: Manage service appointments and subcontractor schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Account Management: Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, tracking service history, open requests, and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns with empathy and collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
Communication: Keep customers informed via phone, email, and text about service updates, scheduling, and status changes.
Documentation: Log all interactions and service details into CRM or project management systems accurately.
Experience: Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication – clear, confident, and friendly.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and services simultaneously.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and platforms.
Preferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with project or service management systems.
Experience in energy assistance, weatherization, or government programs is a plus.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility with full-time availability.
Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, with the possibility of Saturday hours as needed.
Fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction, timely scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
Frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams via phone, email, and CRM tools.
