About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales lead and broader growth team. You do need to understand how sales works and be ready to keep deals moving, communicate with prospects, and help streamline sales operations.
This role is perfect for someone with light sales experience, who’s confident talking to customers, naturally organized, and always thinking one step ahead. You’ll work closely with the sales lead to manage day-to-day operations, follow-ups, CRM updates, and client communicati
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Engage with prospects via email and occasionally on calls, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly follow-up.
Lead Management: Help track and manage inbound leads, keeping the CRM organized and flagging priority opportunities.
Follow-up Support: Stay on top of follow-ups, nudging prospects and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Proposal Coordination: Assist in prepping decks, proposals, or quotes based on client needs and templates.
Sales Process Optimization: Spot gaps in our workflows and help improve how we track, respond, and close.
Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings between prospects and sales leadership; ensure pre-meeting materials are shared ahead of time.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Some sales background: You’ve worked in or alongside a sales team before, and you get the flow — from lead to close.
Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal English; able to communicate clearly, confidently, and personably with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Organized & proactive: You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and good at keeping things moving without constant direction.
Digitally fluent: Comfortable working with CRMs (like HubSpot or similar), Google Workspace, and Slack.
Customer-first mindset: You care about creating a great experience for prospects — even before they sign.
Schedule: Flexible, but generally overlapping with PST where the CEO is based
