About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized Scheduler to coordinate appointments for energy-saving home assessments. In this role, you’ll schedule and manage assessments and installations, ensuring smooth communication between homeowners and field technicians. Your attention to detail and ability to organize schedules efficiently will help provide timely service and keep operations running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Assessments and Installations: Coordinate and schedule home assessments and installations, ensuring efficient service for homeowners.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments, provide instructions, and answer questions.
• Coordinate with Field Technicians: Work closely with field teams to ensure they are informed of their schedules, special requirements, and customer preferences.
• Manage Calendars: Maintain and update scheduling systems to optimize routes and appointment efficiency.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointments and reschedule when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track and Update Data: Enter and update scheduling data in the CRM system, tracking cancellations, reschedules, and completion status.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of scheduled and completed assessments and installations for reporting and performance tracking.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes professionally.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software (or willingness to learn).
