About our client
Our client specializes in energy efficiency, weatherization, HVAC systems, appliances, and health & safety measures. They help improve energy conservation and comfort in homes through solutions like insulation, efficient appliances, and home weatherization.

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to help customers smoothly transition through our energy-saving programs. You’ll review paperwork, ensure eligibility, follow up with clients, and support internal teams to keep processes on track. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities
• Review customer applications for accuracy and completeness
• Verify eligibility based on program criteria
• Follow up with clients to collect any missing information
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Support the sales and field teams with scheduling and documentation
• Answer client questions about the program and required paperwork
• Assist with reporting and compliance tracking

• Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM platforms
• Able to manage time and tasks independently
• Proactive in solving issues and keeping workflows moving
