Our Client, a Fast-Growing eCommerce Brand in the Personal Care Industry, is Hiring an eCommerce Web Developer. They are a rapidly expanding personal care company revolutionizing the antiperspirant industry with science-backed, effective products. They are seeking an eCommerce Web Developer to optimize and enhance their high-traffic Shopify website, which attracts over 10 million visitors annually and drives a significant portion of their revenue.

About the Role

This role involves executing web development projects to improve website performance, optimize the user experience, and drive conversions. You'll be responsible for maintaining site uptime, implementing A/B tests, and developing solutions to enhance the customer journey—from add-to-cart through checkout.

Responsibilities:

• Execute massive website improvements (design, buy flow, cross-sells, etc.) to increase conversion rate, subscriber base, AOV, and other metrics that drive growth
• Constantly A/B test improvements on every level of the website.
• Keep Carpe’s Shopify site operational 24/7. 
• Manage 3rd party Shopify plugins and their performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Very smart, good at coding and logic puzzles
• Ambitious, high-energy, and solutions-oriented
• Proficient in CSS and Javascript, and confident that you can learn and become top-notch in Liquid (Shopify language)
• Decent design eye and attention to detail (i.e. you can do good work with CSS and QA your projects effectively)
• Ability to work with git and manage multiple simultaneous development projects.

• Understanding of basic eCommerce operations.
• Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and solution-based attitude.
• Has an understanding of data analysis and data strategy.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
