As a Senior Mobile Engineer at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of mobile applications, which are essential to improving user experiences and delivering innovative health technology solutions. Your expertise in mobile development will support their goals of enhancing app functionality and ensuring high performance.
Deliverables:
Advanced Application Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our mobile application with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Supportive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support collaborative efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to enhance mobile projects and ensure aligned progress.
Project Contribution: Assist in managing the delivery of key mobile app projects, including UI/UX enhancements and new feature rollouts.
Technological Adaptation: Stay updated on new mobile app development trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to suggest and implement improvements.
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship to less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Expertise: 7+ years total in software engineering, with 4+ years in mobile app experience
Proven Mobile App Development Experience: Strong background in mobile application development with a portfolio of past projects that demonstrate your skill and innovation.
Software Engineering Expertise: A strong foundation in software engineering, bolstered by significant experience in developing mobile applications, ensuring a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Programming Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile app development
Framework Knowledge: Experience with mobile app development frameworks and tools, understanding the full mobile development lifecycle.
Integration Skills: Ability to integrate various cloud services and backend infrastructure into mobile applications.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to tackle complex problems effectively.

Familiarity with Health Technologies: Knowledge of or experience with popular health technologies, such as Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, and CGMs (Continuous Glucose Monitors). An interest in or experience with health and wellness technologies suggests a passion for leveraging technology to improve personal and community health outcomes.
Contract Specifics:
Our typical contract is a 30-day trial. However, if we can cancel a contract due to poor performance at any time, then we can extend the contract to a 3-month start with the option to extend.Interview
