About the role
The Strategic Project & Implementation Manager will oversee diverse, cross-functional projects across multiple business units. This role focuses on ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, from inception to completion, with an emphasis on process optimization and operational efficiency. The candidate will also work on implementing system improvements and managing automation projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Consulting, Receivables Recovery, Ads, Technology, and Operations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Create structured reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Oversee internal process improvements and ensure teams follow through on commitments.
- Act as a central accountability point to ensure full execution of initiatives.
- Optimize project management tools like ClickUp and Slack, driving efficiency across departments.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across all business units.
- Ensure company-wide adherence to internal policies, procedures, and branding standards.
- Lead the adoption of new systems, workflows, and branding changes.
Skills
- Proven project management experience, particularly in operations management.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and track progress across multiple departments.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, Notion).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cross-functional projects with significant autonomy.
- Experience with external suppliers (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) to manage project completion.

Perks - What’s in it for you?
- Remote working for a US company. This is a fully remote role, exclusively for Latin American candidates, as a contractor.
- Salary: $2,000–$3,500 per month.
- Work Schedule: Mandatory core hours from 8 AM - 1 PM ET daily, with flexible hours outside of these. This is a full-time position.
- Benefits & PTO: 15 days of Paid Time Off (available after 90 days of employment.), flexible holiday selection, up to 10% annual performance bonus.
