About the role

The Financial Analyst will manage financial data analysis and reporting for Amazon accounts. This role involves producing and analyzing client update reports, managing credit reports, and ensuring data integrity in financial transactions. The candidate will also focus on optimizing financial processes for eCommerce brands, with an emphasis on Amazon-related financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed client update reports based on financial data.
• Analyze and identify discrepancies in financial data and flag concerns.
• Monitor account activity and proactively identify significant changes.
• Review Amazon audit claims and issue credits where applicable.
• Ensure U.S. formatting (currency, date formats) is applied consistently across reports.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain standardized reporting styles and ensure clarity in financial presentations.
• Ensure financial reports meet client needs and expectations.

Skills

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. businesses, particularly currency and date formats.
• Ability to think critically, question inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity.
• Experience with Amazon financial processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to escalate concerns and collaborate with other departments for solutions

Perks - What’s in it for you?

• Remote working for a US company. This is a fully remote role, exclusively for Latin American candidates, as a contractor.
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month
• Work Schedule: Mandatory core hours from 8 AM - 1 PM ET daily, with flexible hours outside of these. This is a full-time position.
• Benefits & PTO: 15 days of Paid Time Off (available after 90 days of employment.), flexible holiday selection, up to 10% annual performance bonus.
