About the role

The Amazon Finance and Accounting Analyst will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, specifically related to Amazon. The role requires an in-depth understanding of Amazon’s financial processes in Vendor Central and Seller Central, and strong analytical skills to navigate complex AP/AR questions. This position may involve client-facing responsibilities, assisting clients with financial reconciliations related to Amazon accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Amazon accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex financial questions related to Amazon transactions.
• Work with both Vendor Central and Seller Central accounting processes.
• Assist clients with financial reconciliations and address issues related to Amazon payments.
• Maintain familiarity with U.S. accounting terminology and ensure consistent application across reports.
• Provide client-facing financial insights, if required.
• Review financial discrepancies, such as missing invoices or unprocessed payments, and work with internal teams to resolve them.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in accounts payable/receivable.
• Familiarity with U.S. accounting terms, especially in e-commerce.
• Experience with Amazon’s financial processes, either directly or as a supplier.
• Ability to navigate complex AP/AR questions and provide solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Salary: $3,000–$4,000 per month.
• Work Schedule: Mandatory core hours from 8 AM - 1 PM ET daily, with flexible hours outside of these.
