Our client, a rapidly growing U.S. construction company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to manage inbound leads, engage potential clients, and schedule meetings with the senior team. Specializing in premium, storm-resistant modular homes, gyms, and offices built from cargo shipping containers, they provide durable, hurricane- and flood-resistant housing solutions across Florida.
Contact inbound leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Assess potential clients based on key criteria, including budget, timeline, and financing options, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Utilize Monday.com to accurately track, update, and manage lead interactions, maintaining a structured pipeline.
Proactively follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails (via Google Voice) to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
Schedule meetings with senior team members for highly qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff.
Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and provide regular updates on lead status and pipeline performance.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a BDR or SDR role.
Confidence and excellent communication skills..
Proficient in English.
Hands-on experience in CRM tools like Monday.com and Google Voice for lead management.
Knowledge in text and email automation tools, such as Soco CRM.
Experience in construction/architecture. industry is strongly preferred
Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM ET
Compensation $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month
PTO 3 weeks vacation
