To support their growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Reporting Associate to join their team.

About the role

As a Service Coordinator you will be overseeing the management of equipment maintenance tickets across 82 stores. You will be handling tickets, coordinating repairs, and working closely with store managers, vendors, and contractors. 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage End-to-End Maintenance Cycle: Handle equipment maintenance issues from initiation to resolution.

• Coordinate with Vendors and Contractors: Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to schedule repairs and maintenance.

• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all equipment issues, including costs, repairs, and vendor interactions.

• Scheduling Repairs: Coordinate repair schedules with store managers and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient service.

• Follow-Up and Communication: Follow up on repair statuses and ensure completion within agreed timelines.

• Payment Management: Process payments for contractors and ensure proper billing and invoicing.

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Support, service coordination, or similar roles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously

• Experience with billing, invoicing, and payment processing

Working Hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8AM to PM EST.
