We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a leading Salesforce consulting partner specializing in healthcare and life sciences. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation in the industry.
What to Expect in This Role:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business and technical requirements in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, lead/opportunity pipeline management, service requests, bug and feature tracking, testing, and data quality management.
- Build and manage reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence analytics.
- Provide training and support for end users on Salesforce applications.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and educate stakeholders on best practices.
- Oversee the development lifecycle to deliver highly secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically balancing 3-4 at a time.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that drive innovation and differentiation in the industry.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years of consulting experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
- At least two Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Hands-on experience implementing Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in building solutions with custom declarative automation (Flows, Guided Engagement, Process Builders).
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, including user stories and diagrams.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage last-minute, urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Capable of clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to mentor, lead team projects, and share expertise through presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FSL, Health Cloud, or CPQ.
- Background in integrations (Mulesoft) and familiarity with Workday-to-Salesforce integrations.
- Enterprise software development, integrations, or support experience.
- Strategic planning expertise.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and organizational skills.
