Although they are a young company, they have raised backing from top-tier investors and are making oover $4M in revenue, already profitable. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies from the ground up, working directly with the founders.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, including website, SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Set up and manage marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Manage Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Lead initiatives for organic and paid acquisition strategies, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with an agency for paid media execution while maintaining a strategic role.
- Create and optimize landing pages and website content for conversion.
- Develop and manage cold email marketing campaigns.
- Establish the foundation for SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Work closely with the founding team to iterate and refine marketing approaches based on data.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing funnel optimization.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and build marketing functions from scratch.
- High level of ambition, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.

- Compensation range: $48,000 - $60,000 per year. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
