This is a fully remote contractor role to work for our US-based clients. Candidates in Argentina and Colombia are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to clients, customers and stakeholders
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities
- Process/enter orders
- Invoice orders once shipped
- Resolve issues/inquiries from clients (e.g., delivery error)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned clients within ERP system
- Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
- Manage a shared email box with team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2+ years within a customer service-related industry
- Currently based on either Argentina or Colombia
- An exhibited passion for customer service
- Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Committed to being a team player
- Capable and interested in building relationships with team and clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Familiarity working in an ERP system
- High level of attention to detail

- Compensation range: $20,000–$24,000 USD per year. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process
