About the role:
Our client, a fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and results-driven Paralegal to join its growing team.

We're searching for a paralegal who is not only fluent in English and Spanish but also brings solid legal knowledge and hands-on experience. Ideally, you have an excellent understanding of the litigation process, including filing lawsuits and managing case documentation.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage personal injury cases, focusing on car accident claims, from intake through
settlement.
● Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, discovery responses, demand
letters, and settlement packages.
● File lawsuits and oversee all aspects of litigation procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
● Communicate with clients to provide case updates and collect necessary documentation.
● Coordinate with medical providers and other third parties to obtain records and bills.
● Maintain and organize case files and documentation with strong attention to detail.
● Contribute to a team-oriented, incentive-driven work culture where effort is rewarded.

Required Skills & Experience:
● 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within personal injury law.
● Familiar with legal processes, litigation timelines, and filing requirements in the U.S.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate case management systems.
● Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● We value proactivity, organization, and the ability to work independently.
● Proficient in English and Spanish.

Nice to have:

● Prior experience with litigation is highly preferred.
● Experience with U.S. law firms is strongly preferred

Working Hours: From Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM CST
