This is a fully remote contractor role to work for our US-based clients.

Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process with the goal of delivering a successful and seamless introduction to the company.
- Lead specific function-related areas of the process, confirming new clients have a thorough understanding and ability to navigate moving forward.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout the Onboarding process.
- Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks.
- Actively review a shared team email box.
- Ensure a smooth client transition to the Customer Service team once the Onboarding phase is complete.
Requirements
- Currently based on either Argentina or Colombia.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and client focus while troubleshooting and solving requests.
- Excellent communication skills delivering superior client experiences at every touchpoint.
- A collaborator’s mentality – eager to partner with internal and external stakeholders to build positive and lasting client relationships.
- Ability to find creative solutions and readily adjust to new situations.
- Strong negotiator.
- Bonus Points:
- 1-2+ years within a customer service-related industry.
- Familiar with Salesforce, Gmail Suite, Microsoft 365, Asana.

- Compensation range: $18,000–$22,000 per year. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
