📌 Overview

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst & Accountant to join our client’s fast-growing US-based healthcare company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in data analysis, financial reporting, and building systems from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for analyzing billing data, ensuring accurate financial tracking, and helping to improve accounting processes. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape financial operations as the company scales.

🔹 Responsibilities

✅ Billing & Data Analysis: Match Excel reports to ensure all services are billed correctly, create financial visualizations, and provide actionable insights.
✅ Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage QuickBooks, track transactions, prepare financial statements, and improve accounting workflows.
✅ Process Improvement: Help streamline reporting, financial tracking, and internal systems as the company grows.
✅ Project Management & Organization: Maintain structured documentation using Notion or other tools to ensure transparency and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

📌 2- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
📌 Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Slicers, Data Visualization)
📌 Experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting
📌 Self-starter with the ability to take initiative & improve processes
📌 Strong organizational & project management skills (Notion experience is a plus!)
📌 Based in LATAM, available from 7 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time
