This is a role for our client, a property restoration and construction services company that helps customers with issues like fires, water damage, mold, etc. They have 350 locations across the US. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as an Operations Coordinator.

Overview

As Operations Coordinator you’ll be responsible for being the glue that holds together the various functions - field operations, customer communication, data management, scheduling, compliance, etc. Their overarching objective is to optimize the business operations so that the company can deliver high-quality service to customers in a streamlined, efficient manner.

The key is to create a centralized point of coordination and control, so that information flows properly, tasks are properly tracked and completed, and the overall business runs smoothly. This allows the other teams to focus on their specialized roles while the Operations Coordinator ensures everything is integrated and working together effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central hub, managing the communication and coordination between the various parts of the business:
  • Field project managers/crews doing the manual labor work
  • Desk estimators putting together project scopes and estimates
  • Clients/customers
  • Insurance carriers
• Ensure all job-related data and information is properly tracked and entered into the company's systems
• Help improve business processes and efficiency by identifying ways to streamline operations
• Maintain high data integrity so leadership and other teams can rely on the information
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they are kept informed on project status
• Coordinate scheduling of jobs, crews, and resources
• Handle compliance-related tasks and communication
• Generally be the glue that holds the field operations and business operations together

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles, serving as the central hub for communication and coordination across various business functions.
• Background in construction, restoration, or property services preferred.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Advanced English skills
