About the role
As a Tech Support Manager you will provide customer support through innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Be part of the tech support team, ensuring exceptional service across diverse customer segments.
Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, integrating with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Professional).
Optimize support workflows and response times using advanced tools.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to address customer needs.
Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
Proven tech support management experience, ideally in the audio industry.
Strong understanding of professional and consumer audio equipment and workflows.
Familiarity with AI support tools (chatbots, knowledge management).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
From Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM CST.
