Overview
As Email Designer you will be responsible for crafting high-converting email campaigns, developing scalable creative systems, and ensuring brand alignment across multiple clients.
This role is ideal for someone who can execute at a senior level while also building the systems, processes, and team to scale creative production. You will work across multiple brands, adapting to different brand voices and visual styles, and balancing quality with speed.
The ideal candidate will develop an efficient onboarding and feedback system that minimizes back-and-forth while ensuring top-tier creative execution.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Execution
- Design fully built email creatives in Figma, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact design.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy from scratch based on strategic briefs.
- Develop copy and creative for onsite email capture modals and SMS campaigns.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, conversion principles, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the internal strategist and clients to refine messaging and creative direction.
- Process Optimization & Scalability
- Build systems and processes to streamline creative development and feedback loops.
- Develop an efficient client onboarding and feedback system that minimizes revision cycles.
- Create frameworks that allow scalable creative execution, enabling future team expansion.
- Own the QA process for responsive email design, making minor HTML/CSS adjustments as needed.
- Performance Awareness & Growth
- Stay informed on email and SMS best practices, trends, and conversion strategies.
- While direct A/B testing analysis is handled by the strategy team, internalize performance insights to continuously improve creative output.
- Ensure creative execution is both high-quality and optimized for speed to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email design.
- Previous copywriting experience.
- Design fully built email creatives in Figma, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact design.
- Ability to nail brand identity and seamlessly adapt to different voices and visual styles.
- Strong understanding of email UX/UI principles and responsive email best practices.
- Tech-savvy, with basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for minor QA adjustments.
- Advanced English skills
