This position is for our client, a leader in the solar panel industry, renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. We are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Developing structured interview questions and assessment methods.
- Providing detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview criteria.
- Facilitating the onboarding process, including pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and offer letters.
- Assisting new hires with onboarding tasks.
- Conducting post-hire check-ins to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Staying informed about best practices in interview techniques, hiring trends, and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- +1 Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.
