🌍 Overview

We are looking for a Billings Accountant to join a growing team and take full ownership of accounts receivable (A/R) processes, subscription billing, and collections. This role requires someone with strong financial knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You’ll be responsible for managing A/R invoices, sales orders, and customer payments, ensuring smooth financial operations.

📌 Responsibilities

✔ Manage the full A/R process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and handling collections.
✔ Oversee subscription billing cycles, ensuring timely invoicing and renewals.
✔ Follow up on overdue accounts, proactively managing collections and maintaining strong customer relationships.
✔ Utilize Microsoft Business Central to track and optimize billing processes.
✔ Ensure accurate financial records, reporting on A/R aging and cash collection.
✔ Resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams.
✔ Communicate effectively in English, occasionally handling customer inquiries related to payments.

🔍 Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in A/R billing and collections, preferably in a subscription-based business.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
✔ Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP/accounting software (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with software resale or service-based industries is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
✔ Fluent English skills—comfortable handling customer communication if needed.
