About the role
As a Sales Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, including managing schedules, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Support – Assist in tracking open quotes, managing project folders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Vendor & Customer Communication – Assist with literature requests, lead times, and general follow-ups via email.
- Administrative & CRM Management – Maintain accurate records in sales databases, update customer accounts, and track outstanding action items. While we currently use HubSpot and are transitioning to Monday.com, this role will focus on general CRM and record-keeping responsibilities without platform-specific requirements.
- Efficient Communication – Be highly responsive and available for quick Google Chat instant messages and calls to minimize delays in sales operations.
- Sales Operations Assistance – Help track proposals to ensure timely delivery, assist with sales meetings and presentations by gathering data, and support the completion of PowerPoints, Google Forms tests, and related materials.
- Task Prioritization – Proactively handle assigned tasks without requiring frequent oversight.
Skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales support or administrative roles in a business setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Working Hours
- From Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM MST.
