Marketing Generalist
Position Overview:
The Marketing Generalist will play a key role in executing marketing strategies that enhance our lead generation, customer engagement, and database management. This role will be a jack of all trades to help our marketing team grow the business.
Ensure HubSpot database hygiene, organization, and segmentation for personalized messaging.
Automate data processes (e.g., deduplication, segmentation) using HubSpot workflows.
Conduct regular database audits to improve accuracy and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze and report on campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Project Management
Keep the team organized using Notion to track marketing calendars, deliverables, and action items
Support the website redesign project by collaborating with our developers, designers, and content creators.
Leverage AI tools with copywriting for website, email campaigns, and print materials.
Optimize segmentation for direct mail campaigns to improve targeting and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze lead tracking and reporting to refine marketing strategies.
Conduct research for trade shows and industry events to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
SEO Analysis
Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Helium 10, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Integrate target keywords into website content, meta descriptions, and URL structures to align with user intent and business goals.
Familiarity with managing budgets within GoogleAnalytics / Bing is a huge plus
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SEM, Growth Marketing, or other Marketing roles
Proven track record in Paid Search (PPC) & Performance Marketing with experience managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media campaigns
understanding of HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, segmentation, automation, and campaign reporting
Strong experience in SEO strategy & execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Helium 10
Proficiency in A/B testing & conversion rate optimization (CRO) to refine landing pages, ad creatives, and email funnels
Ability to integrate AI tools for copywriting, campaign automation, and content personalization
Strong English writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging
