About the role
As an Administrative Manager, you’ll take charge of overseeing the customer application and billing process, ensuring accurate record-keeping, seamless workflows, and superior service delivery. In this role, you’ll lead a team, streamline operations, and act as the go-to person for both customers and internal teams. This position requires experience in team leadership to effectively manage and support the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding scheduling, eligibility verification, and application status.
- Address customer concerns promptly, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach at all times.
- Provide real-time updates to customers while resolving application or billing-related issues effectively.
Operations Excellence
- Collect, review, and track customer application paperwork to ensure completeness and compliance with program guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer applications in tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize application and billing workflows.
Leadership & Team Management
- Oversee and guide the billing and applications team, providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on precision, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for improving billing and application processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in operations.
Reporting & Data Analytics
- Generate and analyze reports on billing accuracy, application status, and team performance.
- Use insights from data trends to drive continuous improvements in operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
