About the role
Join our client’s team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative! If you are experienced in cold calling and have a true passion for sales, this opportunity is for you! You’d be joining an amazing team with training sessions and a lot of opportunities to grow within this role.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services with the goal of generating interest and leads.
Engage and Qualify: Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, assessing their needs, and qualifying them as potential prospects.
Database Management: Effectively use Salesforce and CRM software to manage and document client interactions, update records, and track progress.
Communication Skills: Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients, providing them with information and addressing inquiries.
Lead Generation: Identify and create sales opportunities by nurturing leads and converting them into prospects for the sales team.
Sales Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and a commitment to achieving sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales
Proven lead generation skills
Strong organizational skills
To be proficient in Hubspot, Notion, Google Apps, Slack, and ClickUp.
Strong communication skills
