We are looking for a Quality Assurance Representative to join their team!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls daily for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Maintain individual performance files for each representative and generate weekly progression reports based on feedback from setter meetings.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Managers to gather and implement feedback.
- Develop and conduct call quality training sessions to enhance setter performance.
- Coach setters on improving their call quality and skill set.
- Review weekly progression reports daily to identify concerns and provide targeted coaching.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer call center or a related role with quality assurance monitoring.
- Strong ability to manage and coach others effectively.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a keen sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
