Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll be a core part of our marketing analysis and strategy, responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, automations, technology, and metrics that fuel rapid growth. You will work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and customer success to create a seamless experience, ensuring high data quality and helping colleagues access that data to enable smarter decisions.
Your analytical prowess and strategic thinking will be crucial in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will get excited about solving messy data and process problems, is a champion of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices that scale, and has a proven track record of optimizing conversions and revenue through cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more, along with the selection of new technologies.
· Monitor data across the revenue lifecycle, ensuring that every lead, every deal, and every customer experience is aligned with our ambitious growth goals.
· Utilize marketing automation to generate, assign, and report leads, as well as optimize and scale the lead management process across the business.
· Plan and execute conversion optimization strategies, and execute email campaigns
· Collaborate with the Commercial Team across all channels—demand generation, content, paid, events, customer success, and sales to refine metrics on lead, pipeline, revenue generation, and cost of acquisition.
· Further develop our multi-touch attribution modeling. Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to closed won business and pipeline.
· Communicate across US & European marketing and sales organizations to analyze marketing's impact across multiple geographies and deliver feedback and analysis to appropriate teams.
· Develop reports and dashboards to track Commercial Team OKRs (Objective and Key Results) and provide insights into performance. Generate monthly and quarterly ROI and efficiency reports on marketing spend by channel, industry, and business segment.
· Monitor and maintain data integrity across all revenue systems, including within the marketing and sales databases.
· Empower your colleagues with training sessions and resources that enhance their skills and understanding of marketing tools and operations, making everyone a revenue champion.
Requirements
· 3 years minimum experience in a marketing operations or related role
· You get excited about data, statistics, conversion rates, and discovering opportunities in trends and patterns where others cannot
· Advanced Proficiency in Marketing Automation (Hubspot preferred) & Salesforce. Experience integrating tools across systems.
· Sharp analytical skills, with experience providing data analysis
· High desire to complete assignments autonomously, but in close collaboration with a broader team.
· Ability to collaborate across various departments simultaneously and balance multiple projects
