About the job
We are looking for an Account Executive who embodies a unique blend of technical proficiency and outstanding sales skills in the B2B eCommerce and SaaS domain. This role requires not just the ability to close deals effectively but also the technical acumen to engage in meaningful conversations with C-level executives of enterprise-grade businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through outbound sales functions, with an emphasis on closing sales.
Manage a healthy mix of lead generation, including both exploring new leads and following up cross-selling/upselling our existing customer base.
Actively engage in all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closing, demonstrating exceptional skills in closing sales.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, effectively communicating how our solutions can meet these needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, tailored to client’s needs and preferences.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Provide relevant technical insights regarding Shopify and/or BigCommerce platforms, ensuring our solutions are aligned with client's technical requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication with clients - corporate mindset
3 - 5 years of proven sales/account executive experience in the B2B eCommerce/SaaS industry.
Proven success in prospecting and business development.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Farmer mindset
Experience working in Start up companies is a plus
