Accountabilities
● Support the marketing needs of the client's Managed Leasing and
Property Management
services through:
○ Content creation
○ Project management
○ Digital marketing initiatives
● Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all deliverables.
Processes Owned
● Content creation for:
○ One-pagers and flyers
○ Email campaigns
○ Digital advertisements
● Project management and content creation of deliverables for multifamily lease-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
● Develop and edit written content for:
○ Email campaigns
○ Digital advertisements
○ Other print marketing materials
● Create and update website landing pages and advertisements as required
Digital Marketing:
● Contribute to the clients's social media presence by providing the content team with
information related to leasing and property management services.
● Support paid advertising campaigns and email marketing efforts for multifamily lease-ups.
● Assist with tracking campaign performance and setting up monthly reports.
Project Management:
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the successful
execution of multifamily lease-ups.
● Manageexternal vendors providing print and digital marketing assets for multifamily lease-ups.
● Manageongoing projects using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met.
● Maintain updated contract information and manage renewals for all paid Internet Listing
Services agreements.
Collaboration and Support:
● Asrequired, attend project meetings with clients to provide marketing reporting and
insights.
● Support Property Management leadership with the development of branded one-pagers
and similar materials to promote business development.
● Support the clients holding company marketing team with content development and
event management as needed.
Administration:
● Organize and maintain marketing assets, including collateral, photography, and files for
multifamily lease-ups.
● Ensure timely updates to the client's CRM system and project management tools.
● Updateweekly and monthly reports as needed to support leasing operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 1-2years of professional marketing experience.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com, and HubSpot preferred.
● Strong organizational, communication, and content-writing skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
● Self-starter with a proactive and innovative mindset
