Position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing music technology company. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about music, technology, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our innovative music software products and ensuring their experience with our brand is positive and productive.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music production, combined with excellent communication skills, technical savviness, and a knack for problem-solving. You'll be working closely with our development team to provide valuable user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
Manage customer support tickets on FreshDesk
Build automated responses and FAQ
Create and edit support videos for solutions
Monitor and respond to comments on advertisements using Meta Business Manager
Build and maintain product manuals using Notion’s Wiki feature
Quality Assurance and Testing
Test current and upcoming products and website features
Communicate with development team about bugs and comments from support tickets
Work with Wordpress developers to integrate and test new custom plugins and sales funnels
Website Maintenance
Manage product catalog, including product descriptions, product versions, and coupons, images, and pricing
Manage license keys for new products
Monitor website server status
Upload new product versions and installers
Research competitors
Company
Build and maintain employee policy wiki
Create guides (SOPs) for complicated processes other employees may need to handle
Curate and send gifts to employees and business partners
Book travel and accommodations for team conferences and executive travel
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the music technology industry
Strong knowledge of digital audio workstations (DAWs) and music production software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
