Overview of the Role:
They are looking for a skilled and motivated RevOps Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales, customer success, and marketing teams by managing key operational tasks. You will work closely with the RevOps lead to streamline processes, manage systems, and ensure data accuracy, enabling our go-to-market teams to function at their highest potential.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer, lead, and account data within Salesforce, ensuring the integrity and cleanliness of the database.
- Billing and Deal Desk Processes: Assist with billing operations using Charge B, manage deal desk activities, create quotes, and support contract review processes.
- Data Enrichment & Database Management: Perform data enrichment activities, maintain the health of our customer and lead databases, and ensure data consistency for sales and marketing campaigns.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales and customer success teams, including routine administrative tasks and process optimization.
- System Support: Collaborate with the RevOps lead on system-related tasks, such as basic configuration, updates, and data migrations as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating reports and analytics that help drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) is essential.
- Familiarity with Charge B or similar billing systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and manipulate data.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in process design and system architecture is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
